Pro builds my motor and tranny. Just from roll racing with close to 600 whp has taken a toll on my tranny as Blevins witnessed this past weekend. The quick shifting with 400 lbft of tq has really worn things. So, with 600 whp also, you should know what I'm talking about.
After driving the car this way For 9 months i Dynoed it yesterday.
And the results were pleasing.
Made 430 hp Din corrected and 400 WHP DIN corrected and 400 Uncorrected with 370 whp uncorrected.
Here is the graph and its says 420 because i was doing comparison dyno curve between the first and the second pull and the HP are the 1st pull which is 10 hp less than the second.
The torques is 320-330NM uncorrected.
HELP tuned by MASE(if i can get a hold of him-very busy guy but i couldnt dream of Achiveing this without his help) by sending AEM map and doing some fine fuel tuning myself.
Basicaly plug and play without any tuning done...I bet i can get few more HP out of it with Proper tuning but Thats it.No Tuner here,only boosted Honda here ...Went up from 270 whp to 370 whp from 0.35bar standard CTSC setup to 0.97Bar at this setup.
Setup is.
-750cc RC,BDL fuel RAIL, MX FPR.
-3.25" pulley,9200Rpm limit,Head Work by yours truly,Maxim Works 4-1 header,Megan test pipe,Supersprint catback.OEM Intake MANIFOLD ported.OEM TB.
-AEM EMS,Zeitronix AF dataloger,And last but not the least J&S ULTRASAFEGUARD.

Yellow is Crank
This is a dyno is the first pull which is 390hp without correction and the second pull is 10 hp more. So 400

This second Dyno is a comparison with a Corvette Z06 C5 which is 400+ stock
here the dyno is DIN corrrected and it says 420 hp. this is also the first pull. Second one is 430hp-DIN
the Z06 has the same power as the s2000 in the first pull 417hp

To Recap. I think I can get at least 10-20 hp out on the dyno by turning the J&S Ultrasafeguard off and not retard the timing when it sees a slight knock but i rather be on the safe side with the knock than higher hp.
Some pictures of the AF plot and the IGN and FUEL Map so i am open to suggestions.
