Nothing essentially. Many run on the stock ECU with Comptech hardware and have no issues.
But - It would be wise to have something monitoring your AFR IMO, like a wideband lambda. Boost gauge is a bit pointless. I would also change all your fluids.
Next step is aftermarket management.
