I have exchanged a few PM's in the past with Mark and probably will in the future. He has sent me lots of info and just trying to get some general stuff answered so I don't wear out my welcome with him.
He is the one who recommended the PLX unit.

Thanks for the responses. I am assuming the extra bung on the header is a standard thing any muffler shop can do or do you guys think I need to go to a performance shop?

any muffler shop SHOULD be able to do this. just make sure they know if its S/S or titanium before. Some will use a wire/flux specific for those materials. some dont. some of your aftermarket headers have an extra 02 bung for these situations.

Never heard of a titanium header avalaible for the S2000...
everything your trying to prepare is correct. install all that to get out of the way. pump will not cuase any problems, same with plx, but i agree get another bung installed.
as for injectors, well if your good wiht tuning, you can isntall them and at least get it running decent. otherwise, you could always wait.
you got a pm

You don't replace the factory lambda sensor. That is still used by the your factory ecu since the emanage is a piggy-back and not a standalone. You'll need to tap an additional bung for the PLX - at the base of your exhaust manifiold is a good spot. I'm not sure how the ultimate works, only had the blue, but if I'm not mistaken you can then feed the wideband signal to the piggyback.
The PLX unit has a 0-1Volts output that feeds the factory ECU. (just like stock.
and a 0-5 volt to feed the Greddy Ultimate.
I have found that my stock ECU actually runs better with the 0-1V simulated narrowband input from the PLX then it did on the factory 0-1V narrowband voltage from the factory O2 sensor.
Install the fule pump
Run the car for a day or two; you should not see any problems.
Then install the ULT. With a base map that basically does nothing; so you can check your harness and jumper settings.
(I will send you a MAP when you need it)
Drive around for a couple of days
Again you should not see any problems.
Install the injectors and reflash the ULT with a MAP that scales the injectors appropriately.
( Again I will send you a MAP)
Drive around for a couple of days.
Again I would expect you to not have any problems.
Install the Supercharger when the time comes and I will send you the final map you need for the supercharger.
By taking this stepped approach you will have time to pin point any problems you may have before the supercharger goes on.
Thanks Mark.
Do you have a base map version with the added input from the wideband or will I need to input something into the map manually? And what is the target A/F with the wideband?
