Im looking to intercool my comptech and wanted to see if anyone has bought the private label mfg intercooler kit. I see some have the ultimate racing one, but i dont want to have the steel pipes, i'd rather have the alluminum ones.

If anyone has installled the kit, how well did it fit and could you post some pics.

I just got quoted $300 for a replacement water pump for my CTSC aftercooled kit. If this intercooler is any good, I'm going to ditch the aftercooler for it.

 

O.K. ...I got the Private Label FMIC.. not bad for the price. When I had it fitted the shop had to make a few changes to make it work but it is on and works well.
You will, however, lose some boost so you may have to go to a 7lb or a 9lb pulley.
I went for the 9lb pulley which triggered the need for an AEM EMS. This in turn triggered the need for 650cc injectors...and now I dont have as much money as I used to.
