Hi guys , i have two 44mm gates on my afi t4 twinscroll setup with 5psi springs !
borg wagner s362 1.00 a/r and 3" full exhaust ..!
I have tested the car yesterday without any boost control and my map sensor read more than 10,5 psi..!!
what's wrong?

Big turbo's on low boost need bigger gates generally, remember you are asking a turbo that can flow a ginormous amount of air to "bypass" 90% of that air on low boost, so it needs somewhere to go, i.e. a bigger gate.

 

My target is 13 /14 psi

 

Agree with what has already been said, also I have personally seen the same exact turbo, manifold, and wastegate combo run different boost on different motors. No motor will ever be exactly the same
