Do you have the DTA or recirculated dump. The dump, downpipe, waste gate, and turbo are literially a puzzle. Leave them all loose and play with the angles until you have clearance from the frame. If any of them are off, you'll have clearance issues.

 

Open downpipe. Yep, all installed by me. Guess I just need to reposition some more until I get the clearance I need.
