Much more reliable Garrett turbo, oil pump, spal fan, etc adds to the price.

The pump is about 400, fan is 200, turbo an extra 200 on average compare to a PTE turbo counterpart.

Ya but we arent talking a few hundred bucks here, like i think we are talking close to 2k, because having to purchase ptunings ems/fuel kit is another 1800 on its own

The kits themselves you are comparing are only a grand apart. The fueling package options for both kits are whatever, you can piece them together yourself and you'll come out spending about the same either way. The PTuning kit has a lot more custom engineered pieces, beefy fan and oil pump setup, and an overall better design IMO.

Hmm alright. BTW I am in no way saying anything against the kit because of price I was just curious to the reasoning because I am going to be purchasing either the mase or ptuning kit very soon. And as of right now leaning more to ptuning. So was curious as to why its more expensive.

You get what you pay for. I had a Mase kit before and sold it due to others having manifold cracking problems and glad I did. Most people's manifolds have cracked. My turbo to manifold bolts were constantly backing out. I have not had any issues with reliability with the current kit and if I did, I know Ptuning would stand behind their product.

This, Ptuning is very attentive to your needs. The kit costs what it does b/c of the engineering behind it. You get items with this kit that are not provided in other kits. Its like asking why does a gtr cost more than a 370z when they both have 4 wheels.
