Question about engine build
I have full-race turbo kit with t60-1 turbo and also 3mm cometic headgasket. I will build my engine and i want to ask opinions about sleeves (Darton, Benson, Aebs etc.), Piston (Cp,Wiseco,JE etc. and bore size?) and Rod (Pauter or another brand)
Also opinions about valves and springs etc.
I will use t60-1 turbo with 25-26psi. i will not do drag racing and time trial. will i have problem with diff. and transmission?

Transmission is fine. Some have had worse luck than others, though... I have heard of them hold 600+rwhp (phils2k), but I have also heard of them eat themselves at around 500rwhp (bstone84). I think it has to do with how you drive (phil I believe daily drives his, and bstone I believe is a 1/4 mile junkie...).
Diff is definitely a must, though. You can go InlinePro r200 conversion, or you can get a Puddymod rear end... Either should hold stupid amounts of power (axles will crap out next, but the r200 conversion comes with 1000hp axles, I think). You would not have to worry about anything else until 700+rwhp (transmission reduction gear is next, and that is only taken care of with a $10-15,000 tranny from PPG).
FWIW, Laskey uses CP pistons, Pauter rods, and Benson sleeves. Not sure on bore size, but mine is OEM bore...

I dont have any personal experience with Darton or Weisco.
I have heard good things about both. I have also head that CP is "one of the most accurate" piston designs out (so it controls the quench factor really well to prevent pre-ignition detonation). Personally, I dont think there is a huge difference in the material makeup of the Weisco vs. CP pistons. Its not like you are going to melt a piston... Blueprintracing may have been referring to the OEM cylinder walls (they require a specific type of piston design to prevent them from chewing up the OEM fiber-reinforced cylinder walls)... Not sure, though.
As far as valve, I again do not have personal experience with a lot of those brands, but I have heard that Ferrea is the top of the line. My head is a standard head done by Port Flow. It has REV valves and springs (I believe that is who they use, unless otherwise specified). They charge extra for Supertech valves... Not sure if they are "better", though.
