Default Radiator Hose

I want to have a one piece upper hose, no one offers to work with the SOS water box. I emailed SOS, then had to call
to see if they offered anything, Nope. They said order a Silicone s2000 kit and cut it off at use the supplied rubber hose and coupler.

I like the upgrade look and function of Silicone but do NOT want to cut a new Silicone hose and use the SOS coupler and rubber hose.

Is there anything about silicone hoses I should know or ask about when making a custom hose kit upper and lower to match??
Thickness, Temp range, hose clamps to use ??

I've made it 8+ years with the OE Upper and lower hoses until going SC and driving in 110˚+ temp on freeway NEVER has a issue
around town in 50-90˚ temp NO issue, just when I hit 110˚+ with AC on was it a problem at freeway speed 75mph.

Help please, Thank you

I found a company who could make a upper and lower for the S2000 using SOS water box placement
There is a set up fee plus 25 to order. I dont think I as a individual could flow the job. I'm sure I'm not the only
person wanting a upper (One piece) and lower silicone to fit the SOS set up.

I'll send my info to Info@SOS and see if they respond. Maybe we can organize a GROUPcan make a one time "group buy" and order the minimum 25 units

This company is 50 miles from my home. I would love to help as a group to get a one piece made.

Are you stuck on rubber/silicone?

Another route would be to use stainless or aluminum tubing...just throwing out ideas.
