I've seen the car in person and talked to brian he did come down in price considerably, but that particular car i wasnt crazy about to spend the 40k. it needs a new windshield, paint isn't perfect to me cause i paint cars for a living, and the dash is not perfect and no interior in the trunk. Getting a hold of certain parts for that car would be a pain. It has a one lug conversion. Its a clean car and very rare, but im very picky i wanted to buy a used s2000 before but i just gave in a bought a brand new one.

The transmission tunnel in the s2k is not big enough to accomdate the transfer case, it probably need some minor cut and weld...trust me I have a R34 GTSt gearbox in my s2k. If this possible it will be one crazy s2k.
Check this 350Z - R - 4WD
My car was compared to another SR with the same tuner, dyno and turbo. No expenses were spare on both engine. The s2k produces 15% more power for the same amount of boost compare to the SR. My f20c was only on conservative tune as well.
