Restrictor Question
So I have read many posts on here in regards to restrictors being ran with Precision ball bearing turbos, but I have not seen anyone post how this has affected the turbo over its life-span. After reading a recent post here, Precision Turbo Restrictor , I have come to an understanding that most people are not only running the factory precision turbo restrictor (.035) but they are also running a aftermarket restrictor and sometimes even an inline mesh filter. But I am curious as to how these turbos running multiple restrictors have held up overtime.
In my current set-up I am running a ball bearing 6262 with the factory precision restrictor (.035), a vibrant in-line adjustable restrictor (.045), and a mesh in-line filter. However, I have noticed that my exhaust is still smoking more than I would like after I have let off the throttle, sometimes just being a small puff, other times being a billowing cloud the entire time I am in decel, and other times I see nothing.. I am able to reduce my vibrant in-line restrictor to make it a .030 but I am very concerned that this may starve the turbo, does anyone have experience over a long period of time with this?
FYI: It's an all stock f22c, bb6262, -3feed, -10drain
TLDR; Car currently smokes some with 2 restrictors (.045 & .035) and an in-line filter on my bb 6262, should I alter my feed set up and make it .035 & .030 & an in-line filter? Or will this cause starvation? Has anyone ran this set-up and for how long successfully?
Thanks everyone!

There was a recent link talking about the Precision drain flanges. Might solve your problem.
