Pan is ok. But highest point on pan. Just take the pan off and bring it to a place to get it welded.

Zip tied fittings on hose for an oil line make me cringe. Granted its a return line from the turbo I wouldn't risk it.

If your taking the pan off you might as well take an extra 30 minutes or less and remove the timing cover and put the return there. Only part that sucks about removing the timing cover is breaking the crankshaft pulley bolt loose.

thanks for your info guys, i have buy the car with the turbo setup. i have read other post that talked about return line and i found thats mine not really good.

Do you think that cause when i drive my car hard and stop the car for a couple hours then restart the car puff a little smoke in the exhaust.



Does any body have picture of return line in the timming cover.
