Ya idk what to say here. I mean he's defending himself but... After all it's your car that isn't reving past 3k, not ours. I'd get a 2nd opinion on it. Going to the tuner couldn't hurt.

EMS and tune...would get you out of the hole, let alone like Kix and Aus said: seeing boost will shut down...on turbo you see it a lot lower rpm that I would, so I could have driven my car to 5K to get it to the tuner.
