Default Running rich

I was tuned at 12psi and have been driving my car normally for about 6 months. Before my afr at WOT was in the 11s and recently it is like 10.3-10.5. I didn't really change anything except rewire the voltage wire on the afr gauge. What could be wrong? What can I check? Do i need a reset or something?

Thanks,

Kind of a coincidence. Hard to say if you’re actually running that afr or if your gauge is showing inaccuracies either before or after you did this. Are you running 02 feedback? Wondering if your ecu change its fueling based on what your gauge is now reading after you messed with it. If it is running 02 feedback, you could try switching it off and see if there is any difference. If the gauge was misreading before and now its fixed, your 02 feedback could be off calibration. Probably the first thing I would look into.

sorry i'm noob. what does o2 feedback mean? my AEM afr has a o2 wideband sensor its reading from. i also see everytime i start the key the gauge start reading from 14.7 (like its resetting to the normal 14.7). Not sure if thats how it was before or if it just changed. How do i reset or switch o2 feedback off? can i reset the AEM EMS ECU and would it keep the current calibration/tune in there? My tuner has a passcode on the tune so I can't really do or see anything if i plug it into the AEM Tuner.

thanks for the response

You want to get into the aem and just find the selection to turn off 02 feedback. I'm not that familiar with aem software though so I can’t tell you where to find it. Sounds like you’re going to need a password to get into it anyway which sucks. You probably should talk to the tuner about your issue and see what he thinks and then have him walk you through the adjustment since you need his code to get in.

Can you run aem pro or tuner? if so, that would eliminate the gauge being faulty.Just data log some pulls and see if they compare or not.
