Hey Soul, nice numbers. What was your injector duty cycle? Is both pumps and 2000 injectors necessary with this setup on e85? I plan to go this route soon and currently researching the fuel system. Are you running the return fuel kit?

You also stated you have a etune at 10psi, when on that map is changing the pulley necessary?

Thanks. On my current tune, IDC is about 49% at WOT. I wanted to go with one pump, but my tuner at the time recommended going dual pumps. FBM also recommended that as well, but that's probably because they wanted some $$$, LOL. Plus, I didn't like the idea of running high fuel pressure, having 100% IDC, or running my fuel pump at the limit. Maybe if I just lived my life 1/4 mile at a time then I would have gone that route. I don't have to worry about have fuel issues and don't have to upgrade later if/when I were to go big turbo and E85. I have an AP2v1, so i have a return fuel system stock.

This fuel chart might be helpful

When swapping to my 91 octane map, I don't change the pulley. It's just rev limited.

Joey has a few threads here and there, here is one

For those trying to figure out the impeller speed, remember that Vortech is the same as a Novi.

As for the belt slip, 3.0" and below is going to be problematic. I would recomend that you step up to the ASP 6.0" crank pulley and adding an idler pulley. Last but not least you try the Geats Fleetrunner belt.

Here is a pics of the ideler I added.
