SOS doesn't recommend going smaller then a 3.4" pulley. I'm running a 3.8" and I'm only putting down 294whp. That's at about 8psi. I think my whp is kind of low for my mods I have though.

If you are just looking between 300 to 350hp, I think Kraftwerk will give you that -- what I like from KW is easy and neat installation.
....but the drawback, I don't where they are...

It will cost you $6,000-10,000 depending on which components you choose. It's not a simple swap. Your best bet is to get rid of your entire SC kit and sell it complete then replace it with a complete turbo kit. If you do that, you might get $3k back. I agree with the previous comments. Since you already have a SC, consider upgrading it first. You should be able to upgrade it to 400 whp for as much as you would spend on shipping or tax on all of the various turbo related parts... If you don't like it, you're only out a couple hundred dollars. If you're smart, you could even buy parts that could be used toward a future turbo setup and keep your old parts to sell as a complete SC kit if you're not happy. (Example: AEM EMS, ID 1000 cc injectors, 3" exhaust, etc.)

After driving a well built turbo s2000 and supercharged s2000, turbo is way more fun hands down. I had a pfab equal length with a 5857 precision and it reached full boost at 4k rpm and starts building boost at 3k. With the right set up, it's actually very responsive just like a supercharged s2000 but with way more power in the mid range to set you back. Turbo ftw!

Oh and I had my s2k boosted and tuned with a very nice set up for just under 6k. Just have to be patient to find good deals. If you sell yours for 3k and fork out another 3k to turbo, it's definitely worth it!
