I was changing the oil yesterday and found that my plug for the vtec solenoid was starting to melt. So I made a heat shield out of some aluminum and leftover header wrap. I think it came out good

Hey do you remove a/c lines and the fuse box because of the manifold or can i use oem a/c lines and let the fuse box with no problem at all

You should be able to leave everything in the OEM location but I did the wire tuck and moved everything before I even got the manifold so I'm not sure.
