can you explain how you tucked the heater hose to the firewall, and how you re-ran the ac lines? thanks.

Looks like an alloycraft heater bracket and ghettocrxsi custom AC relocation line kit. He offers a package deal on the boards $285 for the set

What AR is that turbo? Is it divided or open? U might have a problem in high boost applications. T3 divided is somewhat restrictive on these cars if I remember right.

.82 AR open housing. Our motors choke up with T4 divided housings so I'm not even going to try with the T3.

Small update

Got my injectors, bunch of fittings and heat wrap. Went to install the fitting for the oil feed and stripped the threads on the block I'm guessing the fitting I got was crap and was too short to really get a good bite and stripped just the front portion of the threads. I managed to get the stock pressure sensor threaded back in and snugged down. So now I go to plan B for the oil feed.(Do not setup the oil feed this way. Turbo will eventually fail) I used a banjo fitting on the vtec pressure sensor port.

Never got around to getting the new flange welded on the downpipe but I did finish wrapping all the wires and hoses so they don't melt. Also made a heat shield for the AC lines and heater hoses just to be safe. I still need to figure out the oil drain. Ordered a couple different flanges and will probably have to notch the crossmember again to get the drain as vertical as possible. Oh well on to the pics.
