Default Science of Speed

So my car hs been finsihed for a little over a month now. Stage 2 sos SC 4” pulley. Made 330 at 8lbs on dyno. Tightened the belt and now am hitting 10lbs on the street. Car has driven perfectly fine and i drive it about 1 time a week. Yesterday i took it out and i noticed a very strange inconsistent high pitch noise. (It sounds like when you rotate rc car wheels backwards if that helps) never made this sound before cant tell if its from the blower or mabey the pulleyes. Anyone every have something similar

try backing off the tension on the sc belt and see if it goes away, you may have over tightened. You don't want to burn up the sc bearings.

Also 2psi is significant. Hopefully it was tuned on 10psi and not 8psi. You want to make sure your ems is correcting the added fuel needed now for a safe afr.

okay i will try that. And yes the car was tuned for 10psi. The tuner had a similar issue on another s2k where he could only hit 8psi on dyno but was hitting 10 on the street. I will loosen the tension and see what happens. Thanks

If produced in off throttle position, but goes away at full throttle, check your BOV. Mine seized.
