science of speed wideband problem. Help!!!
setup is my05 s2000 with science of speed aem infinity PnP kit with supplied lsu4.2 wideband sensor. everything was connected correctly and base calibration from SOS was loaded onto ems. I'm using a gauge art can gauge as display. afr would display at 14.7 upon start up and then creep up to full lean on both the aemtuner and on the can gauge. thinking i was sent a faulty sensor i replaced it with one that i know works and yet the same thing happens. the entire setup was purchased from science of speed and was completely plug and play which i triple checked for installation errors. has anyone else had this problem with the sos kit? or just had this problem? any suggestions?

How far is the wideband from the turbine? And ANY vband or connection from that point to where it is installed u need to check and make sure "if" vbanded it is actually aligned and tightened correctly and or GOOD gasket. Try going for a cruise and see if its better? I was having discrepencie where my oem was closer then my wideband and sure enough the downpipe connection to the test pipe (where the wideband was) was dislodged and had a gap where the vband connects by bolt. I face the open end down now (vband) so i can see the flanges are sitting flush.
it would start on stoich and then on idle creep lean. The dislodged pipes were allowing exhaust to leak from seeing the wideband (creeping lean) while the oem closer (with no leak) would stay stoich!?!?!. But when i went cruising it more of just became a restriction and showed better numbers so it was very misleading and took me a while to figure out.
also deffly verify offsets/parameters on the management, most often then not though a gremlin is of our own demise unfortunately, working to fast, uninformed, budget, etc. GL!
