Calibrating the 1052u with the UEGO.. help.
Hi guys,
I've been trying to tweak the wideband feedback on my 1052u to smooth things out a bit (with the help of people on these forums!)
Anyway, I looked at the instructions that came with my UEGO but I'm struggling.
What I did was unplug the UEGO sensor from my gauge so it read 14.8 and apparently this gives out a voltage of 2.35 (not sure why they tell me that yet...)
I then went to the AEMPro and adjusted the o2 #1 gain until the AFR reading on the AEM was 14.8 which matched the gauge. The gain to achieve this was 0.77.
Then I went and did some tests on the street and at partial throttle I was expecting 14.8 AFR (target o2) which it seemed to be displaying on the AEMPro software but the gauge was showing 12-13's!! Does anyone know why this is? To me it feels like it's running rich..
I'm guessing I've calibrated this wrong so can anyone clarify it? Or is it just the gauge is inaccurate?
Any help appreciated, thanks.
I've attached a log if this helps.

Hi,
can anyone chime in on this? I really want to get some good wideband feedback going but i can't figure out what i'm doing wrong!
On my AEM pro live view my O2 #1 view is always at 14.7 even at WOT when the gauge is reading 11 and 12.. what should it be showing me? I'm starting to think the tuner hasn't wired in my wideband in properly.

Guys - I've just been out and had a look at the wiring and seen this;

Can someone please tell me why it may be wired up this way? it looks as though the 0-5 serial from the AFR gauge has been tapped into the 0-5v output wire that goes to C28... I haven't had a closeup look to see what is wired into C16 yet (primary O2) .. Would this previously have been the factory lambda input from the loom? If so could I be cutting this wire and soldering the 0-5 serial from the AFR gauge to it?
