I agree with the tune as well, should be fine as is. Too bad you couldn't iron out the hiccup, but yeah may just be a problem with the system calibrations at your high elevation. Be interesting to confirm by driving at sea level if you ever get the chance. Just keep in mind your tune will be leaner.
