I have a 2007, so flashpro is what I was going with regarding the comment earlier.

So if I were to go with the forged kit what am I missing from this list?

3076 tf kit
1000cc injectors ID
Aeromotive Pump
aem uego and boost gauges
act hdpp
flashpro

One more question: if I were to go with the turbo, should I go with the 3076 or the 6262? Stock motor mind you, no 3mm head gasket, etc. I would like to be around 400 at least on this setup and then later on get to 500 after the gasket, more boost, and anything else to support it. I'll have to research what all I would need for that.

Question for you. If I decide to do it and start getting you the money today, could we do it as soon as I get in town around the 2nd? Also, as far as the price you quoted me, could we knock a tad off for the fact that I would run just an act hdpp instead of an entire kit as there would be a slight difference in the cost of the clutch setup?

I would go with the 6262 if you want to get over 500. Unless you are going to get the GTX30. I have a stock motor also and I'm not even thinking about getting a head gasket. Both my 515 and 564 tunes are on race gas, however, if you wanted to do pump + meth you could get over 500. I also didn't spend any money on gauges.

There are no vibration issues.
Oh, ok. I just said that because I read it in other threads out there.

As far as the oil line thing, I read it wrong. It was just the sl one.
You don't want the self lubricate kit. If you go on SOS website they even mention that they have problems with the SL kit.

OP I have to ask but what is making you lean towards a S/C over a T/C?

Because I'm a pussy that's worried about the reasons I stated earlier. I would like the car to be functional almost all the time. I would hate for it to be spring in South Dakota, I get in the car, shit break, and it take three months to fix and then I miss the entire nice season, so the car gets to sit again waiting to be used. I love going top down and going places and don't want to have to worry.

I have put 5,000 miles on the kit at 390whp, 440whp, 515whp, and now am at 564whp. Eventually I will go even higher, just right now I am limited by my 06+ fuel system.

I would go with the turbo kit simply because I have liked having the option of turning up the boost without changing ANYTHING.
You're the guy in the vids right? What exhaust is that if you don't mind? Which turbo would you suggest to me?

Yea I am in the videos. I have a custom 3" exhaust with an apexi muffler which I had Trackforged make. I personally would go with the 6262 just because you can take it to 600+ horsepower IF you wanted to. But you could get the GTX30 and not the regular 30 and it would be pretty good for that amount also I think. Forgot to mention that I am also tuned on Flashpro.

The gtx30 is what I was referring to. Forgot to add that in my other posts. We have e85 here and thought about that, but I'll cross that bridge later. I figured there would be issues with as much boost as you're running. What do you use your car for? Do you just track it? How many miles do you put on the car a year? Just curious.

I wish someone would just show up out there in Oregon and take my exhaust, testpipe, and header off my hands while I'm out there so I could get a 3" and get it all done at once if that's the route I decide to go.

Oh, btw what's the spool like on the 6262?

I would get the GTX30 then. If you decide to go E85 I would run bigger injectors than the ID1000s.

When I first got the turbo kit my car was a daily driver that I took out to the dragstrip on the weekends. Now I got another daily driver so the car is pretty raced out. I have a 9 second cage and pretty big drag radials on it, but I still take it out to the meets and drive around on the weekends. Now I probably only will be putting 1k miles on the car a year, but before it was more like 16k ish.

I think I am at full boost around 5400. I am honestly not sure. I didn't really want to have a super quick spool because honestly when I drive it around on the street it feels N/A unless I get into it.

One of my friends who has the kit with a 30 on it 4.3 gears (which he had before he went turbo) and he is always in boost.
