Nice Jbell.... Those rebuild kits must have marked up prices about 5000% !!!

mine leaves a fine misting inside the intake pipe, so i can replace them also.

i've been in contact with the guys from superchargerrebuilds.... i'll have prices soon.

derek, any luck locating sizes or prices from your sources?

Jbell, I havent popped mine open just yet. I attempted to just now, and realized I need to pull the belt pulley first. I'll have to borrow my father's puller this weekend. Either that, or my pulley is corroded on there . Did you use a puller Jbell, or did your pulley slide off the input shaft?

I'll inquire tomorrow about those number on that bearing of yours

my pulley slid right off... there should be a key in there, if you tap it with a hammer, it may loosen up... but be sure not nick the pulley or it will shred belts.

Yeah it should slide right off. Maybe tap it with a RUBBER mallet? You dont want to damage the pulley as said above.

Sweet!! Now if you find oil around the inside of the blower, where the compressed air comes out, what does this mean and could it cause a power loss?

Good info here...subscribing...

Mine is thankfully not spitting any oil, or making any funky noises...yet. But when it does, I'd definitely rather rebuild it myself. And the info in here is definitely going to help.
