Default Stat sync, car wont start after warm

So i am still having this problem with the car not starting after it gets warmed up. Once i get done driving for a while it will take up to an hour or so to restart. Once i have waited, it starts up no problem. When i first try to restart it, it cranks really slow. So i hooked up 2 big jumper boxes to it and it cranked like normal now, but it still wouldn't start. I checked my plugs and they are fine. I have shown a few people my map and they cant find anything wrong with it. They werent all tuners though. I can push start the car all the time. As long as i get up to 7mph and pop the clutch, it will start up fine. It runs fine, but lately once it is warmed up and sitting at idle it will misfire a lot. I looked at stat sync to see if it is on once the car is warm and it doesnt turn on. Any suggestions guys???

Inline Pro turbo kit
GT35/61 turbo
HKS SSBV
Turbosmart 38mm wastegate
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Inline Pro 675cc injectors
AEM EMS 1052
GM boost solenoid

Thanks
Fadi

go to the diagnostic read out screen where it lets u monitor engine temp and other things. select 2 new lines put t2per and cranktooth period. than try and crank the car see if they read anything. those are your cam sensor and crank sensors. that will give u a better idea why its not starting

I was wondering if there is a way to check if the ems is bad?

Also sometimes, not always, when i am driving and start boosting, there is a wierd metal ticking noise coming from the engine bay. As soon as i let off and am not boosting and drive normal, it goes away. Any idea on what that might be?
Sorry for all the questions guys.
Thanks

pull it and send it back to AEM,

Question-

Did you ever have the resitor upgrade done? that might be the problem as well. give AEM a call and send it back to them for service

No it's not the AEM. I had the same problem and Dave at Lib1 went in and tuned it right out. I haven't had it since. I'm not sure what he did but if it occurs I drop the throttle halfway and it starts right up even after a hard long run.

He's been really sick with food poisoning I 'll try and get hold of him and ask him what he changed.

Ever since he got out of his shop he's been hard to find.
