Default Stock fuel rail max pkwer?

I tried searching but didn't find anything solid. I know the stock likes can make good power but what are the limits of the stock fuel rail?

Thanks

Ap1 stock fuel rail, possibly alittle north of 600whp. Only reason to touch the rail is if you want to attach more ports or larger an fittings to deliver more fuel

If you have an ap2 (07) what fuel rail will work? I think full blown has one but it's over $200.

Is there a way I can make my ap2 ID1000's fit a ap1 fuel rail..... I need to make it a return system

The ap1 fuel rail needs machining. Then you need collar bushings to heighten the rail posts that secure it along the intake manifold.

You can make 700whp on a stock AP2 rail and E85.

You don't. You dead-head the system. I have posted pictures and information on how to do so in various fuel system threads on here, check them out

I have seen your set up and am trying to understand it, so your fuel line goes through the fpr to the rail (Where did u get the adapter to connect to the rail)? Then your return line returns right off the fpr back to the tank.... you can still use a flex fuel sensor in the return line correct?

Also what fitting (bulkhead) was used to connect the return line to the hanger?

Thanks.

You just need the proper top hats to fit the 11mm seals to fit an AP1 rail.

Correct, goes through the FPR, bleeds off directly from there then up to the FF sensor, then into the rail. We have found using the FF sensor on the feed side is better. The fitting on the rail is easy, its just an EFI to -06 an. I forget what size the EFI fitting is, I think its 3/8. You can simply tap the stock hanger with a bulkhead fitting that seals with teflon washers.
