Just an FYI.

I ordered 97 TT Supra PCV valves in Canada and I don't know why but ours are not straight they are metal and all but are 90 degrees.

So somewhat lucky me, I was able to just pull the stock PCV and replace it with the supra PCV and voila done. The Honda was is cheap feeling and the ball wasn't moving very well at all anymore.

Hey I know this topic has been talked to death but I figured id add my experience. I noticed that since I upped the boost on my vortech setup my dipstick has been popping up so I figured it was time for the mod. The only thing I did different was use the stock hose all the way. I know youre thinking how the hell did you get it to slide over the supra pcv. First I held the hose under some very hot water then I quickly put a pair of wire cutters inside the hose and pulled them open to stretch the hose. While I was stretching the hose I got a can of compressed air held it upside down and sprayed the hose, freezing it. I then pulled the cutters out and the hose kept its stretched shape. I then quickly slide the hose over the pcv and waited for it to cool. As it cools it starts to shrink back to its original size. The hose is pretty tuff so I doubt I will run into any tearing issues but I will keep an eye on it. I think it looks a little cleaner and hell it saves me the 5 dollars in parts for the fitting and hose haha.

That's pretty cool!

Mine is even more ghetto because I got the 90 degree ones.

For the top one I just replaced the OEM honda one with the supra.

For the other I just put one hose inside another and used a tie-wrap seems to work just fine I haven't driven the car yet, just started it in the garage but I have vacuum now.

The Valve I got is a Fram FV389

Yes it does fit the SC300 as well as the IS300 and 10 other Lexus / Toyota cars.

They are all the same PCV, I ordered the part as a 97 TT supra PCV valve (I didn't order the Fram specifically) This is the part they listed that fits the car. They made a straight through and a 90, it's the same part.

I suspect the Toyota OEM part is better than any of the aftermarket items though.

See this site:

I'm not too worried I got it because since adding the SC my dipstick pops a little but I blow no oil by so I'm good that way.
