They are all the same PCV, I ordered the part as a 97 TT supra PCV valve (I didn't order the Fram specifically) This is the part they listed that fits the car. They made a straight through and a 90, it's the same part.

I suspect the Toyota OEM part is better than any of the aftermarket items though.

See this site:

I'm not too worried I got it because since adding the SC my dipstick pops a little but I blow no oil by so I'm good that way.

Went to the dealership and order a 1998 Supra TT PCV and it's straight not 90 degrees. So I had the parts person look up the 90 degree PCV and it came up under the NON-turbo supra. the part # is different. It's a 30 instead of a 20.

I'm not going to say the non-turbo 2JZ-GE wont work but if it does, then it might just be a drop in replacement and you can remove the stock one.

I am wondering this too. For ap1 cars, would drilling out the plastic pcv valve and installing an inline check valve work?

From what I've read here on the boards. U do in fact, drill out( other word used ) the stock pcv then install the supra one inline.

If you have an AP1 there is a supra pcv that drops in. No mods necessary. Just google supra turbo pcv and get the one that has the 90 degree bend.

To summarize, the NON-TURBO supra has a plug and play PCV valve, the TURBO is not.

Unless someone can test both non-turbo vs turbo PCV and see what PSI it can handle. All boosted S2000 should stick with the turbo model.

Oops, thanks for the clarification. I did check the non turbo variant. I placed the pcv underwater with 10 psi behind it. I know it's not a quantitative, but I didn't feel like trying to tie a balloon to it, place it under water and measure the displaced air-volume/per time. For a rough idea, I thought this would suffice.

It does leak, but VERY little and I'd argue the pistons flying at 7k+ rpm are generating more pressure.

should have cranked it to see at what PSI does it blow by.
