Switching To A Return Fuel System
I have never done this before so if anyone has could you put together a list of what exactly I will need to complete this swap seeing as how i am not 100% sure of what I need.
[QUOTE=camuman,Jul 15 2009, 01:31 PM] wait a lil bit and see what mase and others do to work around the 06+ returnless system.
i saw it mentioned a few times, kennebell uses a boost a pump to raise pressure.

The search feature on this forum isn't great...but it works ok. There are also other ways to search for things on this forum via search tools like Google and Yahoo.
With that said, had you exhausted the search capability you would find that I have pretty much pioneered everything for the MY06+ S2000. Tooting my own horn? Sure. Well deserved. I got the sponsors and had parts developed that you all now get to enjoy.
I created a post years ago which provided the recipe for converting the returnless fuel system to a return type. Follow it and you will be good to go.
Also, FWIW, I still hold the hp and torque record for the MY06+ S2000 with the least amount of boost, RPM level, stock block and on 91 octane.

Wrong thread to get into this but here's the short story.
Timeline:
1. KW released a dyno showing 409 WHP
2. KW promised an even higher boost pulley would be released later
3. Met OJR at SEMA and discussed all of this in person, assurances were made
4. Gave KW non-refundable deposit
5. KW ships and oh by the way only 365 WHP
6. KW says don't worry we're still coming out with a higher boost pulley that will be over 400 WHP
7. KW cancels higher boost pulley
I should have known better as these are the same people that ran Jackson Racing but what can I say, they were the only game in town.
You will see more failures as people start putting more mileage on their kits.
Now please stop bothering me about KW, if you love their kit please go post in their thread. If you want to discuss it further PM me and I'll educate you on KW.

I hate to take this off-topic, but you have posted completely false information about our company.
-We have never released a "409whp" graph.
-I discussed with you at SEMA that the "Time Attack" edition car on display was made for SEMA 07, and not going to be sold to the public. I also told you this kit would not make 500whp. It was never made to do that. You understood that at the show. I assured you of our quality product, and you talked highly of what Oscar Jackson Sr. and Jackson Racing have done in the past 30 years in the Honda aftermarket.
-You placed your deposit on our supercharger system February 5th, while the dyno graph was posted January 24th (Date is in bottom left corner of the dyno graph on our website).
So you see, your story doesn't hold water.

Now back to the real topic... Return line on 06+ S2ks!
