How much is faceplating?

 

You had it faceplated though right? Another thing to consider is ratios as most T-56 ratios are considerably longer.

 

700+300 for cryo treatment if u want that and i had local guy take trans apart was 250 and thats him putting it back together after its been faceplated also so call it all 1250.00 to build trans 1000.00 for trans 1000.00 for bell and depending on clutch 500-1500 and 55.00 for custom pilot bearing

So roughly $3k total for the tans with bellhousing? How is this radically cheaper than a V160 again?

 

What do you think your rpm will be limited to now faceplated?

 

Um easy v160 3-4500 depends on miles and so on 2200.00 for.clutch and 1000.00 for.fbm adapter so on cheap side 6200.00

The big deal tho very few pep work on v160 and if u mess it up its least 2500.00 to fix and u have to ship it.off and hope parts are in stock

T56 there are tons and tons of them cheap to work on parts cheap and a millon shops that work on the parts are everywhere if not in stock can be over nighted and o cheap to work on

They have seen over 11k with no prob and the shifts are smooth super fast and not notchy at all all u hear is the ingadgement

Its only 1-4th so still stock 5th and 6th

Being done and ya that was down fall i went 4.88 in rear to fix that should do 151 in 4th at 9.5k on 26" tires needed that for 1/4 mile
