these are all legitimate choices for the street with mild hp, but i believe there are better options for the higher hp, especially if its strictly a drag strip car.
Idk man one of the fastest viper in the world ran a stock t56 at 1700 hp but on the all out track car yes i would go g force for sure

I wonder why G-Force sells fully built T-56's (to handle 1200hp) for $6,200 then???? They should just be selling stock ones.

Haven't read all these, but anyone still considering the swap talk to the gforce! They specialize in this stuff.. Around 3k they'll build you a tranny capable of smooth high rpm shifts, they fab yor input shaft so all you have to do is get a 21 spline hub disc. Simple. Under 4k. CANT beat it

Only problem with that set up is the shifter location and the linkage for it
If I'm not mistaken you have to do sum major tunnel modification for the shifter and such

How fast has said car ran at the track? Any actual proof of stock trans or is the person just posting that it is stock? There are lots of stories and hear say but unless there is irrefutable proof anyone can post anything, anywhere, about their car. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to discredit you or say that t56 trannys are bad in any way just trying to get 100% true facts

Yes, hammers are a must in a few spots but like the pictures .. You see how it DOES fit. The point of the actual bellhousing being adapted unstead of a plate is so that the trans can be out in the exact position.. Not just having the shifter straight up and down.. Hands down best alternative trans solution for these cars! And mines a drag/drift car that has 0 interior.. So a little modification was just a another story for me to tell!
