How much quality do you need in a hollow tube?
There's the T1R, Megan and Berk. Take your pick. Or have one custom made.

Never have or try one before, how many HP can test pipe usually gain w/ after market exhaust system? Is it worth to pay a $100 more for it - compare we all have about $1000 after market exhaust system? Will it cause much louder? If we use 3 different brand from header→test pipe→catback exhaust system, as long as they fit perfectly, do you think this configuration ok or not?

How does your down pipe hook into the stock converter? I assume that your down pipe has a bung welded in for the front 02 sensor? If you are running aem ems than take out both stock 02 sensors and use the bung on your down pipe for uego.

uego

If your ems is the 30-1052u then you will not need the controller only the gauge to moniter. You can use the 6 in 1 guage or you can use the serial gauge with the ems. If not there are other wideband O2 controllers/sensors on the market such as PLX for one. If you are using aem ems you don't need to have the stock O2 sensors in and you will not get a cel.
