I think I have one, I don't think I could hit 13PSI without one. Its just not in the standard location I guess.

yeah.
first: the turbo looks like a Chinese ebay knock off. no gt-40 there.
second: the hose off the valve cover is just fine venting to the air. its for crank-case pressure.
third: your oem map is on the tb and unhooked because it isnt used and just plugs the oem hole.
fourth: the white 2 screw sensor on the manifold is your Intake temp sensor.
fifth: sounds like your fuel pump is running out. probably a fake walbro that was installed with the incorrect sock as well(would explain why you ran out of gas with the tank showing a quarter left. the sock gets in the way of the float).
sixth: you should have researched turbo s2000's before you bought one. if they arnt done perfectly, talk about a massive headache.
seventh: get it running and remove the entire "turbo kit" of crap and start over. you will thank yourself in the long run.

I'm selling the turbo kit and probably going to stock. I just found out from somebody that knows the guy I bought this car from and they said he half assed the whole car and the 675 injectors are maxed out. And just about everything I've been told by this guy is a complete lie. Looks like I'll be making a massive FS thread for all this crap and going back to stock and selling the car.

You need to remember location will affect the tune. Also you may just need a retune and a couple of small parts.

I believe Scott installed a GM 3 Bar in the car. (I honestly can't remember) I've barely read through this thread, so I may be stating some facts that were previously spoken on. Scott is a local from our community... I have no part in this build and haven't known the previous owner of this car for a year now. The manifold is a PFAB log. I think he installed an SC61 a month or two ago (previous setup was a t3/t04e). Exhaust and Intercooler piping were built at Polk Peformance of Little Rock, AR. Car was previously tuned with an AEM FI/C and he recently replaced it with an AEM EMS. I think it has a Yonaka Intercooler, Tial WG, Tial BOV, and Walbro Fuel Pump... I'll try to remember more about the car... PM me if you have any questions...
