vortech carb# save me TWICE from a ref ticket, now that im going turbo im gona pray that i wont get my hood pop again. haha one of the time i was just got out of a plaza and i got pulled over before i could hit the traffic light. aftermarket exhaust = reason to ask to pop your hood. CA SUCKS!!!

Man I don't know how you guys put up with/deal with that everyday. I wouldn't feel good about doing any modding to my car period w/o worrying that I was going to get ticketed.

I like visiting cali but I'll never live there lol.

It'll get CARB approval, but I wonder if it could ever compete w/ the inlinepro after mods???

^Why don't you think they will??? There are no legal turbo kits for the S2K, if Greddy could CARB approve this thing it would sell like the Comptech's. Furthermore, all e-mails and news coming from Greddy passionately describes how much they want this thing CARB legal, care for a friendly wager?

Hm, from what I've gathered here on the forums and from what Greddy has said, I'd have to agree that they appear to be pursuing CARB certification. Trivium, is there something you've seen that suggests otherwise to you? That would be disappointing news for me (and countless others, I'm sure)
