Yeah, I would say that's definitely doable.

i wouldn't really worry about peak horsepower, its the torque that is destroying these transmissions. Joey, as you have a f22 and a tubular manifold, you'll definitely make 370+ft/lbs of torque midrange. If you run meth and your tuner wants to run more timing, that midrange torque will increase and possibly put you closer to the 'catastrophic' failure point of the tranny.

I wouldn't worry about it Joey. I have an F22 and used to run a 35r, and had no issues at all with the trans, in the HP/Torque range you are shooting for.

Aaaaaand what are the 600+ homies doin to reinforce the tranny?
from what I hear they are either rich and buy a $10000 trans and have to put up with double clutch down shifting or they buy a new (used) trans every few months...

"PPG reduction gear in stock tranny or PPG BUILT TRANNY. crazy that at 400+tq you start shearing teeth off second gear.

does anyone make a gear set for the car? my buddy had a vr6 and he did a quiafe gear set for 1-4 gears, and kept stock 5th. we would need 1-5, and keep stock 6th.

if you really want something mean for the strip, TH400 and a really high stall TQ converter "

See I come from a mustang world and all we ever did was rear ends. Also our tq numbers were higher then 350-400. Its crappy that the honda one wont hold up. I'll prolly just get a ap2 one and stay under or around 450-500hp so my tq numbers will be under 400. Hopfully it will hold.

I would love to have a built motor runing 30-35 lb of boost though! a 900 ho s would be crazy!
