It was mentioned in this thread (by redboost10) that S2King dipped into the 8's with an aftermarket gear set in a stock case. Any other tangible cases (no pun intended lol) regarding the use of an aftermarket gear set (PPG or PAR) in a stock case? If so, what are the limitations?

if you want something stock feeling that can hold a little power, the faceplated t56 is the way to go over the v160 swap. just gotta remember they are both oem trannys so cant shoot for the moon and expect it to last. as for the clutch, you can run any clutch you want...as long as itll hold the power. i fried a comp clutch twin disc is a few passes
