TTS RACE SUPERCHARGER CONVERSION
Just a heads up. Josh found my instructions a little confusing. The instructions are for the Supersport kit. We don't normally sell the Race kit in volume so have never made the instructions to suit. The only difference is the intercooler and pipework.
As we normally only sell the Supersport kit we only have SS instructions. The pipework/ic is the only difference.
The oil cooler sits behind the ic. The oil cooler is taller and shorter than the SS kit and fits behind not in front. All the pipes go through the left side low down as you look at the grille.
Remember we don't have the 2.2 or LHD here but I have sold quite a few SS kits before this GB and there has been no issues that I can remember. If you find one contact me and I work it through with you. As always i'm here to help.

I attach a page out of the Glencoe catalogue showing what pump I have supplied. Josh pointed out there is no reference to Walbro on any of the packaging or pump. This is just to show that I am not short changing anyone.
Keeping everyone in the loop.
The oil cooler hangs off the top of the back of the intercooler.
We sourced the oil coolers from another company. Didn't know they put a sticker on it saying it should be supported at both ends. it was a new one to us, we have never had a cooler fail supporting this way. Bare in mind that there is almost no pressure and the oil is very light, the cooler is designed for much higher stresses. The easy answer is to put a piece of 6mm studding from top to bottom of the cooler and put a nut either side of the bottom bracket and run the studding to the top. This will clamp the cooler together without the need for a bottom support. Sorry to drop this on you guys.
Just as a precaution please check that ALL THE IDLER PULLEYS HAVE THE CIRCLIP FACING TOWARDS THE ENGINE. Please double check as the offset is only slight but will make the belt jump a rib.
Regards Richard

After changing out my 81 for a 91 today I would say that if your engine mounts are a soggy as mine then its worth jacking the engine up 1/2 and inch to easy getting at the 12mm bolt under the supercharger. These is not a lot of room between the bottom of the blower and the cross member.
Also triple/quadruple check that the belt is on the right vees on the pulleys, use a light and really inspect with care before you crank the engine.

The only confusion I'm having is that the same part number is used for a 400lph e85 version and a 450lph for the e85 version. Have a look at the below: http://www.ebay.com/bhp/ethanol-fuel-pump Does anyone know if the dimensions of both are the same?
