If I was buying a kit I would still want TTS to explain why the race kit is so much less restrictive than their standard kit. Why they think their pulley design is better than the competition. Not sure why anyone would buy a restrictive standard kit with an inefficient intercooler, but that maybe just me. Restrictive piping and intercoolers means the blower is working harder and creating more heat for the same boost pressure.

That's exactly right. The race ic and pipework is all much bigger with a lot less pressure drop resulting in much more power at the engine.

I've explained the difference in pressure drop between the two but even so we still make the same boost and power with our Superstreet kit as others using the same supercharger. There is a price point and power point involved so the Superstreet kit suits many and is a very successful seller. The Race kit has a very efficient and very expensive intercooler and bigger pipework so at a price you get more boost and more power. Our pulley design meets Rotrex's criteria. That being a polyvee belt and auto tensioner. Without these the supercharger has a hard time and will not live. Rotrex won't warranty something that doesn't meet their technical hand book specification. We have worked hard on combating the engines naturally harsh harmonics that cause fatigue and use over spec's parts to give greater reliability.

I'm in on the group buy in like a weekish time if possible, or extended a little beyond preferably. And if shipping to Canada is doable as well....the Canadian dollar is trash right now which sucks too
