TTS RACE SUPERCHARGER CONVERSION
Hi guys. There are a lot of knowledgeable people running high boost. Remember with the Rotrex peak boost is at peak revs unless you restrict the intake. Unlike a turbo which comes on strong midrange. I think most will agree that you need only to pull a lot of ign out at the top end. The amount is dependant on octane and air temp AND load, you will get more knock the higher the gear. Luckily Hondata give you a ignition adjustment per gear so you can fine tune. All I can say is be careful and map with a margin of safety. Don't lean on it so hard that your going to melt it. Remember we are running way outside Honda's design envelope. We are just lucky they built one of the strongest production motors of all time ...
I can't stop dreaming out rolling this TTS kit. I'll run pump at 12 psi first and after adding more to motor and add ons, I'll bump to e85 with full boost. Wanna enjoy each change and mod. Richard, any updates on when the kits will be ready to ship ?
The kits are coming together well, I think we can ship with in10 days.
Sorry I can't get on here or email you as often as I would like. The start of the year has been crazy for us. We make 64 different supercharger kits and now it seems were coming out of the recession and everyone wants something from us. Its a great feeling to have ridden the storm and coming out stronger than ever. It's Sunday and i'm still playing catch up. But I had time to dyno our demo car yesterday, its an 08 2 litre. I decided to run 90mm supercharger pulley and cut the revs at 8500, I like the idea of more torque, makes for an easier DD. It's our Supersport kit with the smaller ic and pipework but it still made 14.5psi at 8400rpm. I'll post some curves up when I get a chance.

My car will be in storage another 1-2 months, stocking up other parts while I wait for summer.
