do you have a dyno graph you could share with us?
there are pros and cons to all types of fuel
alcohol - runs cooler, cleaner more power, higher octane, so more boost is an option.
but alcohol has a much richer stoich ratio so your milage is declined. It also has no lubricating properties that petro does.

I currently have over 4000miles on my e85 turbo setup, It runs mint!
No corrosion problems at all, and for "converting over for it" I have 1600cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump. I am maxing out the fuel pump around 17-18psi so im upgrading to an external aeromotive 1000 or dual 1000's.
Im tuned by Jordan @ consummate tuning on AEM EMS

on regular 91 oc, how much can the walbro 225 fuel pump take ( PSI) ???
it all depends on your power goals, fuel pressure, and how safe the tuner feels about injector duty cycle. Personally with gasoline i have maxed out the walbro 225 HP pump @ 65psi- precision 1000cc 580whp (dynojet) on a 2.0 4 cylinder honda motor. Anything after that power level the pump could not flow enough fuel to hold the given pressure and pressure would drop after 5,5k which would lean out the mixture.
With ethanol it takes about 20-30% more volume to get same hp. The 225HP via a relay with higher current supply to pump it should not have any problems flowing more than enough to make 500-520+whp with steady supply of fuel pressure all the way to redline. You can always push more ponies by increasing injector duration when fuel pressure drops but it is not the way to do it
