You never aswered the question, is it a new or used kit? Also it is very well known that the stock clutch will not hold power of a greddy kit. For some reason people think this kit is a lame kit. Yeah maybe compared to a 600hp s2k but it still puts down nice number with a good tune and correct set up. Out of the box well that's another story. Sorry you are having so many problems. If you have at least a good tune from another member and the installation was done properly with the correct plugs then you may need to look at the turbo it self being your issue.

hum...make sure nothing is wrong with the kit first. I've had my car tuned by Church twice, the car was fine both times. Also, he didn't give me the impression that he was the type to make things up. Church offers to tune your car for a fee, not fix your cars problems.

A local member is going to give me a copy fo his tune. He is suggesting that we install a wideband prior to monitor my afr.

the kit was used, but everything was in perfect condition. the fins on the intercooler were perfect. the turbo itself was in great shape, 0 shaft play, and displayed 0 leaks.

would you happened to have any of your old tunes that i could have?

It really sounds like the guys it attempting to tune your car but can't and it letting you know what he thinks may be the problem. Some problems when it comes to turbo charging are very difficult to figure out. Good luck, something is seems off.

There is nothing wrong with the ULT;
You just got to know how to use it to its full potential.
