300-350 WHP. I think I don't need more. I don't want to drag, as I mentioned earlier. I want to keep reliability as much as possible and enjoy boost at low RPM. I don't want to change the character of the car this much, I don't want to get power much more than the chassis can handle easily.

I'm just guessing. Also correct me if I'm wrong.

Tim said the best kit for your goals, full race efr kit, although im sure it could make 450 with out a problem, but you tune for whatever psi or power you want

I don't want to lower compression or anything, that's why I'm avoiding high boost. I want to keep the engine completely stock.
if I can tune to get only 300-350 whp even with a 450whp kit. I don't mind at all

is there a big difference in price between GT30 and GT28 ?

IMO, you have two good options.

1. Call Raffi or someone at Full Race about their EFR kit. Tell them what you're looking for and be clear that you want a turbo that spools fast rather than maximum power. IMO, either the divided T4 kit with a Borg Warner EFR 70/64 or the T3 kit with a smaller turbo would be the way to go. You may need to relocate some wiring and/or fabricate a heat shield due to the location of the manifold.

2. Call PTuning and talk with them about their kit. You'll want a turbo smaller than the Garrett GT3076R, the smallest turbo they offer on their website. This kit will require an oil filter relocation and replacement of the radiator fans.

The kits are very different, but both are very good. Both will change the character of the car significantly. The SC kits feel like stock but faster. Because of their linear boost curve, they do not change the character of the car. Turbo kits have a very different feel that won't be mistaken for stock.

Don't think Raffi works at Full Race anymore. But call FR anyway. They can lead you in the right direction.

at 6psi im making 310whp with pfabs log manifold and a gt3076r. i will warn you that the first week i got tuned 310hp felt like a completly different car. i was so amazed on the power increase. 2 weeks later.... I WANT MORE ! ! ! ! !

If i were you, i would buy a equal length manifold and at least a 3076r with 1000cc injectors. this way you can hit your goal of 350hp on extremely low boost and when you do get tired of it (trust me it will probably happen) you can always get a lot more power with nothing but a different tune.

i've got a pfab eltm kit and i only have it on 11psi and its awesome. my tune is conservative so i have no issues with it and i'm not worried about reliability at all. 6-8psi is a waste for all the work and money in a turbo kit. Boost is addictive, you'll want to crank it up. i'm at 11psi now and i'm looking to retune for 13psi soon. i'd like to make 400whp again like on my old setup

No body has mentioned the trackforged kit yet. I think it sounds the most appropriate for what he is looking for. Sidewinder kit that doesn't require any relocation of anything and the manifold won't crack. Trackforged kit with a gt3076 gets my vote.

Tim how have you been?

Correction on the PTuning kit. Oil filter relocation is not needed.

If you can wait, a very nice option will be released in about a week.
