Turbo Question
P2227
I have my car fully tuned with clutch and all and is running AMAZING..But I thought after being fully tuned I would have no more engine codes...Autozone pulled the code for me and this code goes on for about couple days and then shuts off and then days later turns on MOSTLY on cold days...Autozone states there is a problem with CKT Pressure?!? Help me I do not understand I am a paranoid person if something is messed up tell me ASAP...

That is the code I pulled...IDK anything to be worried about? And I can't take the car to the dealer cause they will take my 2005 Honda S2000 and brand it with a NO WARRANTY CUSTOM BADGE...Sooo IDK I will pull code again just because I was confused too because no where to be found in Helm's Manual...BUT THANKS ANYWAY will update SOON....
Maybe your model year has this code.
I don't even know what CKT pressure is. Do you? I'm trying to think of things on the car that produce pressure or vacuum and has a sensor to monitor it. About the only thing I can readily come up with is the gas tank and the EVAP cannister and the secondary air injection system. I don't think fuel pressure is "sensored", nor intake vacuum or pressure.

OK guys, I took my lunch break and I went to autozone and got my codes pulled again...
P2227 - Barometric Pressure CKT Range/Perf
P0420 - Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank One)
ANYONE KNOW IF THESE ARE SERIOUS...I don't boost very often anymore scared not happy until everything si worked out...Tuner says all is well, and when I do occasionally hit the gas pedal the car moves PERFECT....And drives like a champ, but if anyone could tell me what to look at or where to go...GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS IN ADVANCE....

I have a custom 3" downpipe and exhaust with just a flex pipe and Apex'i N1 muffler, I have no catalytic converter??? Also, thye are connected by V-Band and the exhaust is on the car PERFECTLY...Tuner custom made and installed and NO LEAKS WHAT SO EVER...IDK the first one how should I go about fixing that problems if the second one is because I have no catalystic converter, but is because I have a str8 pipe exhaust then it is ok...The first one scares me anyone care to tell me what to do or even worry???
I can assume you are using some type of piggyback VAFC/E-manage to tune for the turbo. It's the most likely cause for the Baro code. Piggyback's "fool" the stock computer by messing with main ssensor inputs. if you screw with the MAP sensor signal too much the PCM thinks the BARO is the problem. The actual problem is you are using a piggyback to make it work.
Unless you put a convertor back in the exhaust sytem, and put the secondary 02 sensor behind the convertor, you'll always have a P0420.

I am in no way certain of your application, but I agree with SlowS2k. . . A lot of cars (including S2000) use two O2 sensors, one in front of and one behind the catalytic converter. By comparing the two O2 readings, the ECU can determine the efficiency of the catalytic converter (say in case it gets plugged). If you are using the stock ECU, modifying the signals with a piggy-back controller, and have deleted the cat, then your signals could be all over the place, tripping CEL codes at any time. Stand alone EMS solves a lot of those problems, and a permanent wideband O2 sensor will allow you to program in alarms and interlocks to prevent damage due to lean operation.
