lol no that is not my redline, I had an AP2 motor in there and was reving it to 8700 rpm. I just didnt want to blow the tranny up so I tried to take it a bit easy. I made 508 on meth and pump gas at 20 psi and 616 on meth and c16 at ~29 psi. I hit 625 once but I spun on the dyno so it wasnt a clean graph.

No need for a thread for us to speculate what might happen.
lol.. strong post to user name..

joey, i do agree to some extent that you are posting a LOT of threads about your setup and asking anythign that basically pops into your head. this is the only one that i think makes sense.. but the others could have been answered in a relevant thread.

glad to see you finally settled on a kit.. good luck and report back when its all said and done.

btw.. as a daily, you know you could not run such aggressive timing and high boost and keepit around 350whp which is still fun.. and have a daily highboost map for when you want to have a few fun runs @ around 450whp and have a race map at 500+

just sayin..

I agree, I drive around on spring pressure and make 470 hp, it is more than enough lol.

I your threads there both informative and sometimes funny. If people don't like them they can ignore them. It very easy to just not read threads if your not intrested in them. I'm intrested so keep posting. Sometimes reading threads that go 100 differnet directions and are 17 pages long are a PAI. Once you start your build then maybe keep one thread on that. Keep doing what your doing cause I like it!!

To Joey for doing something different.

I actually have a twin scroll gt35 with methanol injection. I hit 616 whp on a dyno dynamics on the stock bottom end on the 3mm headgasket. I just tracked the car on 26/8.5 slicks and the stock tranny held up using no 2-step just an ignition cut at 6400 rpm. I was making 494 ft/lbs of torque at ~6800 rpm. I only got 3 runs so take it for what its worth I guess.
what times did ya get? Have a picture of that graph? I wanna see it!! PFAB FTW!

Also I enjoy joeys threads as well

I dont have a scanner so I will have to take a picture of one of my graphs and post it up. I didnt get any clean runs, I was letting off when I hit 4th gear going sideways. I was spinning into every gear because the track prep was so bad and the temp was around 40 with light rain. I ran a 12.2 at 86 mph lol and 1/8 mile at 98 mph so its pretty clear that I let off.

As for the other questions, I am running the twin scroll GT35R with a 1.06 A/R housing. I have 18 psi of spring in the dual MVS 38mm Tial wastegates. FWIW I was not going to use the methanol with the c16 but after maxing out the car on c16 we noticed that the IAT's were ~30 deg cooler with the meth on. I re-added the meth with the c16 and was able to add more timing/boost to gain 30 more hp.

Joey, go for boost by gear when tuning. I'm thinking for my setup, I'll go 11psi for 1st & 2nd and 15psi for the rest.
