My car is stock AP2, and I have a problem with my Emange Ultimate....
I follow the first post jumper setting, and use boomslang harness for AP2.
When I push start engine button, I can't turn on my engine.
The situation is like the car with empty gas, so the starter can't ignite the gas.
Does anyone know what happen to me?

Thank you.

Pretty sure the Standard AP2 Boomslang Harness does not work on DBW

My greddy kit had the basemap set to "crank angle" in the engine config. The car runs ok, but i was just curious if greddy ever officially got it working, or should I be using "rpm"or "ignition" instead.

do some data logging

see if the logs show ign timing ( not timing adjustment) but the actual timing.

My car when on WOT is reading like -150 ignition timing. The aux map for vtec doesnt seem to be working. Im using boomslang harness modified from ballastic motorsports to make sure pins are correct.

Anyone know why my ignition isnt reading right? Also on idle its saying like 3ignition.

The car feels great with like 3 ignition added. Though, so it seems to be adding ignition properly.

Also When sitting at idle also my car says 3 ignition still.

Now my intake temp is reading like 180F and such. Why is that readying so high? I used the settings back from page 4 on here and left them OPEN on jumpers. Water temp is reading normal but intake is not.

So overall my questions are
1) Why is vtec not coming in at 5500rpm like it should? In datalog it says aux is ON, but vtec part doesnt show on until stock ecu kicks it in.
2) Why does ignition read -145 and such and idle like 3 degrees. Seems like its readings are jacked up.
3) On a 90 degree day, and car has been running for 30min through city. Is it normal for intake temp to read 160ish? I know the temp is on the manifold so that could be right.
4) I setup the 2step in the parameters but it does not seem to be working. And i set max rpm to be a limiter at 8600 and it doesnt seem to work either.

Any help please let me know.

Mark what is the benifit of doing the following, copied form another Emanage thread?

Actually, no special stuff required and no real secret either. You need to enable both fuel and both ignition maps. One uses TPS as input and the other using MAP. There is nothing wrong with running boost at stoichiometric ratios as long as the timing is sufficiently retarded. The MAP based table should be used to add a percentage based on the increase in pressure and the throttle maps should be used to maintain 0% fuel trims in the part throttle areas where there is boost. It's as easy as that

I run only pressre vs rpm and have had good luck, is there a better way?

I believe that the older version of the Emanage Firmware was not correctly logging the timing you may want to try and update to the newest version.

One my car and a very hot day my intake temp will read 130F or so 180F seems high. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to keep the temperature in C for the Autotune to work. I think this may mess some other things up also.

Has your harness been modified to use the Emanage to manage the VTEC settings?

I have never been able to get the Revlimiter to work, though I have only tried it once. Did you check the box next to the RPM input and set the timing to -20 degrees?
