Thumbs up Ultimate Racin Turbo Kit + Which gears?

I have a turbo S2000 now and I am now curious as to which gear set up would be a good pair for my S2000...keep in mind I have an AP2 S2000 and I don't want a killer 4.77 wild set-up where my highway driving is affected GREATLY...I don't mind the extra few RPMs but I heard when doing 4.77 + AP2 = HIGH RPM highway driving sooo I can only imagine with a tubro set-up...And if anyone has already done this any video of before and after and feeling about the mod with FI application...

I have heard it is a little overkill. You would probably be shifting way too fast. I remember back in the day, 4.44 gears were the big thing. See if you can still find those. They would be a more mild improvement over the 4.77 or 4.57s.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but... don't you want to keep longer gears with a quick-spooling turbo setup? I could see it on a centrifugal SC, but on a turbo? 1st gear would be utterly useless.

If your hp is over 400 then go with the factory 4.10s. If it is between 300 and 400 go with the 4.44s. You don't need the lowest gears.

An AP2 has nearly perfect gearing stock. Adding a turbo makes getting new gears really unnecessary.

I agree if I went turbo I would have enough low end power that gears wouldn't be necessary....
