I would still invest in a better tune. I realize your brother is free and all, but your kit should be putting out so much more than it is (unless that IP log mani is really choking the turbo)... but then again, you are running on e85? Should be able to contain a LOT more boost with that fuel without detonating... There was a vendor on here who had a bad-ass e85 car...

Consummate tuning is by far the best in the Midwest imo
