Has anyone adapted the late Nissan 350z trans? Bunch of Lexus SC300 guys were doing it because v160's are way expensive in comparison.

Working on this right now, just cut the 350z and s tranny. Will be mocking it up on the block with the clutch for measurements before decking the surfaces and welding them together. I have managed to get the 350z differential fitted and running though.

I think it's the clutch that's loud.

Heard supras with v160 and they aren't nearly as loud as mine.

I have a clutch masters twin disc 725 series. Best way to describe it is it sounds like a broken transmission.

is it worth doing the gear sets they have on the market for our cars instead of the V160?
