I bought the AEM FPR as I do not particularly like the FMU from Vortech.
The AEM FPR is not a replacement for the Vortech FMU.

The Vortech FMU increases fuel at a 10:1 ratio to allow for boost. You're doing that with the AEM EMS and larger injectors.

The stock FPR is adequate for the set up you have. You've replaced it with the AEM FPR (as did I) but there is no real purpose to this other than bling.

SO I am installing a vortech kit shortly and the kit has a 12.1 fmu I guess. I am buying it used. So that should help richen things up a little bit correct?
If so could I use a vafc to just fine tune it a little bit and lean it out where need be?
Or will an emanage allow me to add fuel if I do run lean from the kit?
