Uploading a couple videos right now.
When the car is colder the blower is much more quiet and don't hear the clicking or knocking noise nearly as much. After driving for a little bit it is much louder.
Would that point to anything in particular?

When fully warmed after driving for 20 minutes or so.

That doesn't sound so happy does it? I must say though loving the paintjob on the valve cover + supercharger!

Yeah I really don't know. It always sounds nasty as do all the centri superchargers. I think it sounds a little worse but always sounds like crazy grinding noises lol.
Thanks if I need a rebuild I will probably be changing up the coloring around. Not sure to what yet though lol.

The grinding sound seems to lessen when I rev it up. Don't hear anything besides the whistle while driving and bov.
In the 2nd vid can hear the grinding and ticking goes away more when I rev it.

I have also noticed my mpg's have gone waaay down it seems. Hardly going wot these days and my last tank I got 16.5 mpg. I usually get at the very least 20 usually mid 20's.
I changed from 1 step colder Iridiums I believe to regular 1 step colder copper plugs.
What else would cause a big drop in mpg's like that?

I think you should send the video to vortech or either find someone in the area with the same charger and compare sounds. Mines sounds similar but not as loud. My "grinding sound" goes away as i drive so I dont suspect it to be bad.

As for the gas problem, I dont think a bad charger could result in lower gas mpg unless the charger is binded up some how and making the pulley spin harder. I dont know, just a thought.
